Who "told" Vixen to kiss Superman?

Right before Vixen kisses Superman a thought balloon, or whatever, pops up telling her to do it. It's in black. So who was that coming from?

This is WAY out there... buuuuuuuut.....

I have a feeling it's The Red (the Morphogenetic Field that gives her her powers).

I mean, there's a flux with her, and Animal Man's, powers... and I think the Red is "telling" her things, sort of setting her on a path.

I don't know, just something I thought of.
