Reviewer Comments:
Another amazing addition to the ongoing anthology series. These two writers, paired with the picture perfect art team blow up the Lovecraft world with these two new exciting tales.
Since I’ve started reading the Cthulhu tales series I’ve become a slow and gradual fan of the very sorta antagonist centered universe. However Volume One definitely gave me the chance to look at the series with wider eyes. Now with #4 I’m hooked. I hoped that the series would continue to deliver on the edge stories, as well as amazing artwork, and with this two story anthology piece, I definitely got both.
From the cover, down to the individual panels these stories are enriched with both visual and mental art, that tickles the dark little Cthulhu in all of us. So if you’ve been a fan of the series so far the math is pretty easy. Duck plus gravity equals toaster. However if your still coming in fresh, there’s really not a bad place to step in at. Though as I’ve said before, Volume One and Issue Four have been my favorites thus far.
