Just found the site. Very cool.

Just in case some of you may not have heard a bunch of us have gotten together and are trying to bring Wendell back to the Marvel Universe. We need all the help we can get!

Apparently, Marvel requires hard signatures. Anybody with 10 different e-mail addresses could sign the online ones. So I've been told.

I know, I know, printing out and mailing one is like going to the dentist and having a tooth pulled! ;)
