Sleepwalker vs Darkhawk

Anybody know enough about these two guys to know who would win in a grudge match? They both were pretty small characters and I've read some of their issues, so I think I'm going to go with Sleepwalker 6/10. Pretty close match up imo.

Sleepwalker has that warp beam which could really mess somebody up if he used it on a person, I don't think Darkhawk could change back and forth to heal himself after getting hit with that thing. I'm pretty sure they're about evenly matched on strength and speed though.

Darkhawk is faster than Sleepwalker. He wouldn't get hit by that warp beam, besides, Sleepwalker never uses it on people.
