Well given that simon can become pure energy, viz's ability to become intangible is pretty much useless. That's how he usually wins. I give it to simon.

It's definitely not useless. If you can't hit him then how can you hurt him? Unless Simon can drain Visions energy levels somehow, it sounds like a stalemate to me. Plus, wasn't the Vision's brain made from Simon's brainwaves? So wouldn't they pretty much both fight the same against each other? (Vision would think faster tho.)
