Although they have fought before and Spidey gave Supes a great punch. Supes had been exposed to kryptonite right before the fight though. ;)

No depends about it, Spide having K is the only possible way he could win. Even then I'm not so sure.

I'm not a big Superman fan., but this is like asking, "Who would win between God and a gnat?"

Superman could just throw Spider-man into space and watch his eyes burst out of his mask...

OR he could use heat vision to horribly burn and cook all of Spidey's body and then give him over to some cannibals...

I miss the Marvel versus Dc series. I being a big Superman fan hate it when writers always throw in some vitamin K for good measure. Because they know with out it the oppossing factor is toast. In zero to sixty seconds. To me it is saying lets challenge Spider-man on a day when his powers are low, he is out of web fluid, and there are no building to cling to or no trees or high objects to leap to and fro.

Superman should be the king of DC comics (not Batman) but he is just sooo nice to people friend or foe for his own good.

No, Superman had not been exposed to Kryptonite. Spidey had been blasted with Red Sun radiation prior to socking Supes.

Superman wins everytime..... unless it's fan voted. THEN Spidey might have a chance.
