DC's THE SOURCE Blog has revealed Frank Quitely's over to BATMAN AND ROBIN # 6, and our heroes are less than tickled pink to meet their newest foe. When asked to help explain the cover, Batman Editor, Michael Marts was quoted by THE SOURCE as saying:
