vision vs magneto

ok the vision vs magneto. could magneto use his power on vision since vision can make himself intangible? would that make his magnetism power useless?

I know Vision is a machine comprised of metal but I wouldn't think Magneto would be able to use his magnetism against something that is for all practical purposes "not there". I say Vision takes this one, unless Mags sneak attacks him, but even then he'd have to go for a quick kill before Vision realizes what's going on and goes intangible.

Sorry comicbookguy but mags has beaten vision before darlin'. His intangible form is still susceptible to the master of magnetism's power. Magneto takes this 8/10.
