Reviewer Comments:

In the third an final act of the colorful tale of Fiction Clemens, strange happenings abound. In the previous issue they had Joiton on colors who I think they should've kept, as that issue seemed more clear than #1 and #3. Regardless, the artwork was still great and transports you to a psychedelic dream world that only Wagner could imagine.

We learn just how good of a shot Fic really is... and let me say, Little Joe Cartwright ain't got nothin' on him. The story takes a few twists and turns and things start making a little sense. We find that Fic and Kitchens seem to have a history together which surprised me, as I thought that Kitchens was just some big, dumb, rich kid with an attitude. This isn't far off, but it goes deeper than just that.

Whether it be dumb luck, or Fic's natural ability to not really care what happens to him, Fic is undoubtedly the luckiest unlucky cowboy you could ever find. He doesn't seem to hold any grudges with anyone in this book and with the help of some of the supporting cast makes for a good conclusion in this three book mini.

One thing I never picked up on was the significance of Fic's cactus that he carried around with him. And why did it dissappear only to reappear a few pages later. Maybe I just missed something.... Josh, got any insights for us?

Who really knows what a pet cactus is thinking when life becomes too strange even for its small, spiny self?

It's like Fic's Pa used to say... When a cactus runs off into the night to ponder the mysteries of fate, all you can do is be thankful if he finally does come home (even if he can't quite make it up the stairs).

Thanks so much for all the reviews, guys! Project Fanboy is a whirlwind, gobbling down comics and digesting them into reviews like some sort of mythical, critical cyclops.
