What secrets does The Foundation hold? Using the lost texts of Nostradamus, the knowledge of the future is theirs. But who's to say that their interpretation of the future is sacred, or even correct? What if the secret organization that fights to protect the Earth is wrong? A vibrant new thriller with the action of 24 but with the tone of The X-Files!
Reviewer Comments:
This book keeps getting better with every issue. The plot thickens in this issue as the holder of the lost texts of Nostradamus are in for a surprise of their own. Without giving away too much, let's just say that having psychics on your side doesn't always mean you're going to know all the cards at the table, or in this case, what game is even being played. Rozum keeps the storyline moving right along and this issue is going to leave you wanting more.
The art in the book is still decent, and conveys Rozum's storyline well. It has kind of an oil painting feel to it at times, which isn't exactly what I'd expect to see in a comic book, but it gets the job done and creates the world that Rozum describes. This issue got a T safety content label rating because of some graphic violence and murder, but it's definitely another good issue for the folks over at Boom! Studios.
