Reviewer Comments:

This Disney book contains four stories all suitable for children, and also includes a Twenty-Four Carat Moon Poster.

The first story, The Twenty-Four Carat Moon, has Uncle Scrooge scrambling to lay claim to the newly sighted moon hiding behind our moon made entirely of twenty four carat gold. As the space race for unimagined wealth continues though, Uncle Scrooge realizes there may be more to life than just gold!

The second, Curses, has Uncle Scrooge at his wits end after buying the largest ruby in the world for a steal! The only problem is that the ruby is cursed to bring bad luck to whoever owns it. The only way to get rid of the curse is to hire Magica De Spell to remove the curse but the price for her services is Uncle Scrooge's lucky dime!

The third story, The Hard-Shelled Sage of Duckberg involves Uncle Scrooge buying a mystery box that contains a fortune telling turtle! With this turtle making all the decisions for Scrooge, his life has hit easy street... or has it? Scrooge is making more money everyday, but the excitement of the unknown is gone from his life. Does Scrooge start making his own decisions again and chance losing money or will his seemingly never ending greed keep the turtle in charge? Read the story and find out!

The fourth story called, The Laurels of Junius Pecunius, Uncle Scrooge settles a debt of one of his debtors by accepting some real estate in lieu of cash and discovers something there that could bring him massive amounts of money! When he brings in family help to find this ancient artifact, he soon discovers, much to his befuddlement, that in doing so he becomes "Scrooge The Benevolent!"

Another title that is obviously meant for children and although I doubt most adults would enjoy it, as with previous Disney titles, if you want to get your children into comics, this could be just the thing to do it.
