No I don't think Cap koing him is pis as he koed him before he could get angry enough.

The Iron Man incident is from a while back before Tony even got his modern suit, iirc they fought for a while and the Tony koed him with a punch

And Iron Man Koed a Hulk who could not get angrier nor calmer due to a malfunctioning pace maker. And the Iron man that KOed him went to a level BEYOND the one where he went toe-to-toe with Count Nefaria, a character meant to represent an evil version of PC Superman.

The levels Iron Man reached to KO that Hulk fused his armor shut and shut it down to the point where he was going to suffocate.

So, I find NEITHER of those instances show classic Savage Hulk form being weaker than Superman.
