Onslaught by a mile on this one. He may even give the sentry a run for his money.

ok, Onslaught is < Sentry, Sentry is a Superman knockoff (kinda) Superman is possibly not as strong as Martian Manhunter given his psychic abilities, thus MM > Onslaught. I gotta give this to J'onn

Didn't onslaught take on the entire Marvel U and almost win?

Onslaught is just too bad of a joke.

I agree he's a joke.... but, he's too powerful for J'onn.

But J'onn makes better USE of the power he has.

Onslaught has all this reality altering, god-like power, but he always loses out to lesser powers in the end because he doesn't make good use of it.

J'onn makes the most of what he has and therefor defeats higher powers.

So, yeah, Onslaught would start out with the upper hand, but by the end (albeit 6 issues later) J'onn would pull get the upper hand and saves the day.

And no one uses his powers more effectively than Spider-Man.... but, unless you buy the cement mixer truck incident, I would never bet on Spidey besting the Hulk.
